Welcome to the Gerald and Betty Ford Library on the Bosque School campus. The library’s mission is to promote reading and research and to provide the information students need in a variety of formats, supporting the school’s mission of developing lifelong learners.
The library, housing more than 12,000 volumes and access to online databases, is the only building in the world that is named after both our 38th President of the United States, Gerald R. Ford, and his wife Betty Ford. President Ford and Betty Ford hosted Bosque School’s first capital fundraising dinner in 1998 that raised the first $1 million to help build the Bosque School campus. Their daughter Susan Ford Bales has served on the Bosque School Board of Trustees since 1998. Susan’s daughter Heather was a member of Bosque School’s first graduating class, the class of 2001.
