Upper School Tardy/Absentee Policy
Please review the attached tardy policy for upper school students.
Providing a healthy and enjoyable lunch option for students, faculty and staff is a priority at Bosque. We use locally grown and organic products from area farmers. In 2013 we enjoyed our first salad bar ingredients from our own student and faculty implemented school garden. In addition to growing some of our own food, Bosque upper school students began composting the food waste. We believe this sustainable lunch program not only provides a nutritious and delicious lunch option, but also allows the students to be involved and learn about sustainable food. With this local and organic approach, we are helping to reduce the carbon footprint, engaging students in learning opportunities, providing an enhanced nutritional menu, supporting local growers, and benefiting the environment.
In addition, our lunch program depends on the support of our families. Parents are encouraged to volunteer by serving lunch. We have regular lunch volunteers who enjoy spending a couple of hours each day greeting and serving the students coming through the lunch line. We also serve our lunches on dishes and utensils donated by families. If you have plates, bowls, or utensils that you are interested in donating please contact Sarah Montoya.
Bosque School lunches can be purchased in advance through myschoolbucks.com. Once money is deposited, students can order lunch through their advisors at morning meeting. When they pick up their lunch, the money will be deducted from their account. For more information about the lunch payment system, please contact Sarah Montoya.

Student Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
The drop off and pick up protocol is outlined in this
map. Please familiarize yourself and/or your student driver with these safety procedures.
North Parking Lot Safety
There is a new entry and exit plan for the north dirt parking area. Please look over the map and review the new driving pattern for this area. There will be only one entrance from Mirandela Road to the north parking lot. If you are dropping off or picking up students please follow the lane to the right and pull up on the right side curb to wait for your child. Please do not block the left lane that will allow cars to pass through this area while someone else may still be waiting. All drivers should keep their speed down for safety. Map attached
