As part of the Phase III Capital Campaign,
The Bosque School Board of Directors is committed to building the young
endowment at Bosque School for the future.
Endowments allow long-term growth of funds that ultimately provide
scholarships and operating revenue from the interest accrued each year.
Building the endowment ensures sustainability of financial aid efforts
and provides an additional funding source separate from the annual
operating budget.
2007-2008 Challenge Grant:

The Edward E. Ford Foundation
pledge of $50,000 was successful matched by our community adding $100,000 to the
Bosque School financial aid endowment in 07-08. |
Established Financial Aid Endowments:
The
Gerald and Betty Ford Presidential Scholarship Endowment:
Established in 2007, this endowed scholarship honors the late President
Gerald R. Ford and former first lady, Betty Ford, for the service and
heartfelt commitment they have shared with Bosque School. This
scholarship will enable a student who embodies the Ford Family virtues to
experience a Bosque School education.
Alumni
Scholarship Fund: The smallest of our endowments, this fund was
established by our young alumni association through an inaugural gift
from the Class of 2006. As the Alumni Scholarship Fund grows, it will
offer a way to share the experience of Bosque School with others by
providing financial aid awards. Family, friends and alumni are
invited to make gifts to honor a Bosque Alumnae or graduating senior.

The Valerie Gerard Dillon Fund for Financial Aid: This fund was
established in 2005 in memory of the mother of a Bosque School Alumnae,
Cariad Dillon ’02, by the family. This fund will provide financial aid to
need-based students.
The Milagro Scholarship Fund:
This fund was established by an
anonymous donor wishing to provide financial aid for students of
diversity.
